Each participant will receive a registration number by email after submitting the Online Registration Form. The preferred method of payment is by online card payment.
Please make sure to pay your registration fee before the deadline applicable for the selected registration type. If your payment is not received in due time, the next registration fee tier will be automatically applied.

Delegates registering for both OE Course and Congress will benefit from discounts on both events: USD 210 for OE Course and USD 200 for Congress. This discounted fee for the Main Congress only applies if you also register and pay for the OE Course separately. A link to register and pay for the OE Course (USD 210) will be sent to you after completing your payment for the Main Congress.

Rate applicable to standard delegate
Proof of Trainee or Student status is required during the online registration process. Please provide an official letter certifying your status by the Head of your Department or Medical Centre. It can be emailed after your registration.
Lower-Middle-Income Countries: only Countries Classified as Lower-Middle Income Countries (2023 World Bank) are eligible for the discounted published registration fee.

All fees are to be paid in USD, using Credit/Debit Cards.
Registration fees are collected by prime - inspiring meetings, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, the APCO Event Organizer.

Accepted Credit / Debit Cards
In the unlikely event of a rejected on-line credit/debit card payment, the delegate is recommended to return to his/her registration online and try to process the payment again. Should the payment issue persist, the participant is advised to contact the card issuer/bank first to check for any potential block on the online transaction. If so, once this is removed it will be possible to pay via the online payment gateway. If the problem persists, please contact our secretariat.
Registrants unable to attend the Summit may cancel their registration up to 30 days before the start of the event for a 50% refund. From 30- 15 days prior to the event start, a 25% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the conference start date. Transfer of registration to another individual is allowed at any time without incurring additional charges. Please inform us in writing about any changes or cancellations.
The registration fee does not include the participant’s insurance against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property damage, or loss. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance. Neither APCO, nor PRIME shall be liable for any direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, losses, expenditures, or any other inconveniences or costs due to circumstances incurred by participants.
In the event of a force majeure situation, the Asia Pacific Consortium on Osteoporosis, (APCO) reserves the right to alter or cancel the Congress without prior notice, including any change of the date, time, venue, and/or circumstances of the Congress, in particular, APCO reserves the right to cancel the Congress in full. Any occurrence of a force majeure event shall be communicated as soon as reasonably possible from the decision time. Force majeure includes any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of APCO which prevents or impedes the realization of the Congress. This includes but is not limited to, government action, war or hostilities, riot or civil commotion, pandemic plague, or other epidemics such as SARS, MERS, COVID-19, bird flu, or other natural or unnatural physical disasters such as earthquake, flood, hurricane, cyclone, fire , explosion, accident or breakdown, strike, lack of the usual means of transportation or terrorism. APCO and PRIME shall not be liable for any direct or indirect, incidental or consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, losses, expenditures, or any other inconveniences or costs caused or initiated by such modification or cancellation of the Congress.
